These terms explain the rules for using the JX2 Royal public site, player portal, top-ups, Crown Coins, J-Points, and reseller services.
You must provide accurate information and protect your Crownmark account, game accounts, passwords, and secondary password. Sign-ins, purchases, conversions, transfers, password changes, or reseller actions through your account may be treated as your actions.
You must be old enough to use the service under the laws that apply to you, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You may not register for someone else, impersonate another person, sell accounts, share sensitive login details, or use a payment method you are not authorized to use.
Crown Coins, J-Point reloads, and packages follow the amounts, currencies, payment channels, confirmation states, and delivery rules shown in the portal. Orders may not credit until the payment provider confirms them.
Crown Coins, J-Points, rewards, discounts, reseller inventory, and other virtual items are for use inside JX2 Royal and Crownmark Games services. They are not cash, deposits, securities, electronic money, or stored value. Unless law requires it or Crownmark Games approves it, they are not refundable, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable outside the platform.
Card payments use Stripe. QR bank payments use Bakong/KHQR flows. Unusual, duplicate, expired, refunded, charged back, or disputed orders are reviewed against Crownmark Games records, provider status, transaction records, and service logs.
Unless law requires it or Crownmark Games states otherwise, completed digital goods, Tokens, J-Points, reseller inventory, and player top-ups are generally not refundable. If there is a chargeback, refund, fraud, duplicate delivery, provider reversal, or mistaken credit, Crownmark Games may adjust balances, remove delivered value, suspend features, freeze accounts, request repayment, or provide transaction evidence.
Reseller access requires application and Crownmark Games approval. Reseller inventory purchases, player top-ups, direct player checkouts, discounts, rewards, limits, and exceptions must follow the current portal rules and Crownmark Games review decisions.
Resellers may not mislead players, promise unauthorized prices or rewards, sell off-platform rights, use fraudulent or stolen payment methods, bypass limits, avoid records, split transactions to avoid limits, or harm players or Crownmark Games. Crownmark Games may approve, reject, suspend, change, or end reseller access and tiers at any time.
Do not exploit bugs, automate abuse, commit payment fraud, harass others, steal accounts, bypass security controls, impersonate others, abuse reseller access, or disrupt service stability. Violations may lead to transaction limits, feature suspension, account suspension, or bans.
You may not use cheats, scripts, bots, packet tools, injection, reverse engineering, exploits, unauthorized APIs, mass registration, credential stuffing, reward farming, laundering, cash-out schemes, spam, threats, harassment, hateful content, or other conduct that harms players, the game, fairness, payment networks, or service stability.
For security, compliance, payment risk, disputes, rule violations, system health, community safety, or service reasons, Crownmark Games may limit transactions, delay delivery, request verification, remove unusual rewards, adjust balances, suspend features, freeze accounts, ban accounts, or refuse service.
Events, seasons, rewards, packages, conversion rates, discounts, reseller tiers, features, and service availability may change. We will try to announce important changes in advance, but may act immediately for safety, compliance, or stability.
The game, site, portal, art, text, marks, code, interfaces, events, character settings, item names, data, and related content belong to Crownmark Games or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service. You may not copy, resell, rent, publicly display, create derivative works from, or use the content without authorization.
Messages, feedback, screenshots, bug reports, suggestions, support materials, or community content you submit may be used by Crownmark Games for operations, support, security, improvement, promotion, compliance, and disputes. You are responsible for submissions that infringe rights or disclose information that must stay private.
The service is provided as is and as available. Crownmark Games does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, no data delay, no security incident, or compatibility with your device, network, region, payment method, or third-party services. To the extent allowed by law, Crownmark Games is not liable for indirect, special, lost-profit, lost-data, account-value, or off-platform trading losses.
You agree to protect Crownmark Games, its team, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, costs, and liabilities caused by your breach of these terms, misuse of the service, infringement of others rights, fraudulent payments, chargebacks, reseller misconduct, off-platform trading, or unlawful conduct.
If a dispute happens, contact us first through the contact page. Include your account, order, payment method, time, and issue summary. We will review Crownmark Games records, payment provider status, game databases, reseller records, and security logs. The English version is the main version for interpretation unless law requires otherwise.
