FengDu Ghost City Part 1: Refugees And Demon Seal Cave

Story

A ChengDu refugee sends you toward Jiangjin Village, where Zhang Ting and Elder Sister Yang Yue uncover a passage connected to the dead of FengDu.

Before You Start

• Make 2 Buns with Survival Skill. Each Bun costs 30 Stamina and has no material ingredient.
• Buy 10 Demon Destroyers from Zhu Wen Da in Shaolin. Choose “I want to buy normal items.” They cost 5 Silver each.
• Buy 3 Sarira Golden Pills from Ye Zi'xin in Emei. Choose “I want to buy normal items.” They cost 1,000 Silver each. This part uses the first pill.
• Keep one free bag slot before collecting Wraith.

Route

1. 1At level 40 or higher, speak with the Refugee at ChengDu (233/224). No menu choice is required.
2. 2Speak with the Refugee again and give 2 Buns.
3. 3Speak with Zhang Ting at Jiangjin Village (191/167) and choose “I will help you investigate.”
4. 4Bring 10 Demon Destroyers to Zhang Ting and choose “Give him 10 Demon Destroyers.”
5. 5Speak with Elder Sister Yang Yue at Emei (205/193).
6. 6Bring 1 Sarira Golden Pill to Elder Sister Yang Yue. This opens access to Demon Seal Cave.
7. 7Defeat Wandering Souls in Demon Seal Cave 2 until you carry 10 Wraith.
8. 8Give the 10 Wraith to Elder Sister Yang Yue at Emei (205/193).
9. 9Speak with Blue Wild Ghost at Demon Seal Cave 1 (202/180).
10. 10Return to Elder Sister Yang Yue at Emei (205/193).

Rewards

• Completing all three parts awards 419,775 EXP, 10,000 Silver, and 136 reputation.

If Progress Stops

• If the Refugee will not begin the investigation, confirm that your character is level 40 or higher.
• If Wandering Souls do not produce all 10 Wraith, return to Zhang Ting at Jiangjin Village (191/167). Choose “Exchange Snow Souls for Wraith,” then exchange 15 Snow Souls for 10 Wraith.
• Carry the full requested amount in your bag before giving each item to the NPC.
