Wang Ye Wei To Xia Hou Qin Part 2: The Xiahou Family

Story
Xia Hou Qin’s warning opens an illness investigation while weapon prices rise around YangZhou. The medicine trail points from Shaolin to Dragon Spring Village and Dream Cloud Mere.
Before You Start
- Bring Zhang Wei Gang Mail and keep room for three contact letters, Original iron, 3 Toad biscuit items, and medicine items. The mission window lists Toad biscuit as Poison Toad Venom.
Route
- 1Give Zhang Wei Gang Mail to Xia Hou Qin at YangZhou (223/197).
- 2Ask about ChangGeMen, then defeat 20 Foxes at Dragon Spring Village and return to Xia Hou Qin.
- 3Deliver Xia Hou Qin’s three contact letters to Gong Sun Shu, Zhao Jie, and Zhu Fu Yuan in any order, then return to Xia Hou Qin.
- 4Speak with Doctor Chen Min at YangZhou (214/201).
- 5Collect 1 Yellow tiger bone from Tigers near Shaolin and return it to Doctor Chen Min.
- 6Speak with Xia Hou Lian at YangZhou (201/195), then Xia Hou Qin at YangZhou (223/197).
- 7Speak with Meng Yan at YangZhou (196/195).
- 8Collect 20 Original iron from Mountain Bandits at Dragon Spring Village and return to Meng Yan.
- 9Speak with Xiang Si Qing at Dragon Spring Village (168/185).
- 10Collect 3 Toad biscuit from Poison Toads at Dream Cloud Mere. The mission window lists this objective as Poison Toad Venom. Return the items to Xiang Si Qing to receive Heavenly Toad Antidote Paste.
- 11Ask Doctor Chen Min to inspect the paste, then report to Xia Hou Qin.
- 12Give the paste to Xia Hou Lian, then report to Xia Hou Qin again.
Rewards
- This part awards 49,908 EXP, 24,950 Silver, 172 reputation, character-appropriate level 21 head armor, a level 25 trinket suited to your character model, and a school-route-appropriate level 28 weapon.
If Progress Stops
- The three warning letters may be delivered in any order. Return to Xia Hou Qin only after Gong Sun Shu, Zhao Jie, and Zhu Fu Yuan have all received one.
- Stay with the listed monsters until each collection reaches its exact count.
- If a quest letter or medicine item is missing, return to the NPC who issued that stage and repeat the conversation.
